WHY YOU’LL DIG THIS ROLE: In this high-impact position, you’ll be the go-to for major clients in the livestock and stockfeed space. From managing a portfolio of 25–30K tonnes to onboarding new accounts, you’ll be leading sales where it counts—on the farm, face-to-face, and backed by a values-driven team. THE PADDOCK PERKS: $150K base performance bonus car super Home base at the Cobden site with flexibility to roam (100km radius) Autonomy to build relationships and shape your own portfolio Supportive, collaborative sales team that values integrity and growth Career development with real scope for influence and leadership Represent a respected brand at field days and industry events YOUR DAILY ROUNDS WILL INCLUDE: Managing and growing key accounts (1,500 tonnes annually) • Onboarding new customers (minimum 40K tonnes p.a.) • Collaborating with nutritionists and internal teams to deliver value • Identifying growth opportunities and tracking market trends • Travelling within the region to build and maintain strong relationships • Supporting broader sales strategy and mentoring junior team members YOU’RE THE PERFECT MATCH WHEN: You’ve got experience in stockfeed, agribusiness, or food manufacturing sales • You're a strong communicator who builds trust and drives results • You know how to balance margin, volume, and customer success • CRM and Excel?
